Last night’s healing circle was amazing as always and as promised I would share some notes on WHAT IS HOPE.
Hope is a powerful and multifaceted emotion that reflects a belief in the possibility of a positive outcome, even in challenging situations. It is a state of mind and heart that inspires perseverance, motivates action, and provides comfort during uncertain or difficult times.
Key Aspects of Hope:

Hope involves anticipating a better or desired future, even when the present is difficult.
It is rooted in the belief that things can improve or that solutions can be found.
