How I work

During a REIKI session I will work intuitively to understand you, your body and your energy.  Usually I begin with listening to where the body needs some attention, followed by feeling how your chakras are at this moment followed by a full body and soul reiki session.

It is not uncommon for spirit to provide me with messages to share with you during a session.

I have only one thing that will always be a constant with my sessions – You will be completely relaxed when completed and I ask that you do spend sometime readjusting before leaving our location.
