Remember, you are your biggest inner critic.
We are the only ones who hold ourselves to a higher level. You wouldn’t put down your mother for not being chosen for a job or your sister for not receiving top marks on her school essay, so why do that to yourself? One of the most crucial first steps on the road to recovery and progress is to apologize to yourself.

Asking for assistance is acceptable, particularly if self-doubt is a recurring barrier for you. We can release our emotions and feel heard when we talk about our fears and worries.
